How to Add/Update the Form Recipient on DUDA Form

  1. Click on the form.
  2. Click Manage Form.

  3. In the pop-up window, select Submissions.

  4. Click New Submission Notification.

  5. Update, add, or edit the email recipient and subject as needed.

  6. Close the pop-up once finished. Changes are saved automatically.
  7. Click Republish to push all changes to the website and make them live.
