What are all of these and why do we need them? Below is a real life example of a request from our designer to our client. The client provided a logo that had a background color saved to it. This is a problem for a few reasons.

• An image with a background can't be changed. So, we have to include that background anywhere we use it.
• However, a PNG can be saved with a transparent background and be used wherever we want. We can then add a background using CSS on the website.
• ai., .eps, .PSD are all source files that a designer can use to edit the original design. They can not edit a JPG, PNG, or PDF

Shannon Detro the design team has the following request--can you see if you have this type of image I can provide to them so they can proceed? If not, we need to request this from the client.

Comment from designer is as follows: "do you have the new requested logo in png or .ai. .eps / transparent background so I can add the golden background requested?"
