We handle billing for the client and set up the tool. Accesibe takes full responsibility for any problems at arise. 

Most clients will pay $500/year for this tool because it is based on the number of pages on their website and that tier tops out at 1,000 pages.
Sub domains are billed separately so if you use a sub domain XXX.domain.com then it is a second license.

Option 2 - the free version of https://userway.org/. This should be installed on all new websites by default and we can add it when needed. It is not total protection but it does get the ball rolling.
